Covid Update

OCTOBER 2021

We are thrilled to have made fresh plans

to celebrate our wedding together in a covid-safe

outdoor environment at a time where weddings

are set to permit unlimited guest numbers.

We understand the timing is during business

hours and our invitation has come at short

notice. We would be thrilled if you can make it

and glad to share our special day via live-stream

if not.

The ceremony numbers are limited based on the

indoor capacity limits.

We will manage the guest list best we can

for this aspect.

Thanks again for all the love, support, flexibility

and understanding. Hope to see you there!

SUNDAY 11 JULY 2021

In response to the growing concerns and

uncertainty surrounding the Covid-19 situation

in Sydney, following deep thought and

consideration, it is with heavy hearts that we

have made the difficult decision to cancel our

Reception at Botanic House and postpone our

wedding Ceremony until we are permitted to

have one.

While we remain excited to get married, in face

of uncertain times, to be practical, we have

chosen to scale back any future festivities.

Please accept our sincerest apologies for the

change on such short notice. As you can

imagine, it has been an emotional and difficult

decision.

We are deeply grateful to everyone who

expressed a willingness to participate in the

celebration of our special commitment. It has

been a joy to share the excitement and

anticipation thus far and we truly feel loved and

supported. We hope to celebrate our love and

commitment to each other with each of you,

somehow, somewhere, sometime.

With love,

Jen & Adam

SATURDAY 3 JULY 2021

21 days to go - Adam and I are self-isolating with

Chester, working from home and both covid

negtive.

Thank you for those who have RSVP’d yes!!

During these uncertain times, we wanted to

update you on our thoughts regarding our

wedding day.

Adam and I would still like to proceed with our

marriage ceremony if permitted however we are

expecting reception celebrations with 120 people

may not be allowed to proceed as planned.

Rest assured, we are pushing on and hoping for

the best but prepared for anything.

Due to the changing circumstances, we may only

know how we can proceed the week or even days

before our wedding day 24 July 21. We therefore

may not be able to communicate our plan

before then.

We have committed to proceed with many small

business operators to bring our day together. We

are so grateful to have contingency plans in

place with all providers to flex the size of

gathering depending on what is permitted at the

time.

It is an incredibly strange situation, and we fully

understand everyone has family, work, and

health considerations to make. Therefore, we

wanted to give everyone the opportunity now or

anytime before the day to rethink your RSVP

should we be allowed to go ahead as planned.

We have a couple of weeks to monitor the

situation. The size of gathering may very well be

decided for us however please reach out anytime

if you have concerns so we can factor this into

our contingency plans.

We are looking into live streaming options for

those who may not be able to attend.

We want to thank everyone for their love,

support and best wishes at this uncertain time.

We’re happy to say we are still feeling good and

getting very excited to start our new chapter as

husband and wife in whatever way we can.

If things cannot go ahead as planned, we will be

looking for other ways to celebrate with each of

you, our loved ones, some other wonderful way,

some other time.

We hope you and your families are safe, healthy,

and happy.

Keep an eye out for our next communication, we

will try to keep everyone informed in the weeks

or days leading up.
